Unlike larger platforms that only give sellers a space to list products, we go a step further. We actively help our sellers grow by amplifying their visibility, sharing their stories, and connecting them with a global audience. Our goal is not just to host your products but to support your business journey from the moment you join.
Shyzarsueglobal was built to eliminate the heavy costs that most marketplaces charge sellers. Here’s how our fee system works: - No upfront costs– You don’t pay anything to sign up or list your products. - **No monthly subscriptions** – Unlike other platforms that bill you every month, we never charge just to keep your store open. -No listing fees– List as many products as you like without paying per item. Free to start– Your first 2 months are commission-free, so you keep 100% of your sales (minus Stripe’s standard payment processing fee). Fair commission-only model – After your free period, we take a **10% commission per sale**, deducted automatically at checkout so you’ll never get billed separately. No hidden fees– The only extra charge comes from Stripe.com, our secure payment processor, and their rates are publicly available on their website. In short: You only pay when you make money. No sales = no fees.
To Register your Seller Account on Shyzarsueglobal marketplace: >>Scroll down to the bottom of the page on the footer click >>Sell with us >> then scroll down & click >> Register to sell >> Click sign up>> then enter your sign up Detail & Click >> next then enter your Location & click >> next then enter your Shop Details click >> Next then enter your Method of payment & click submit. After creating your account and get approved then add your products and edit your seller account bio. You can also easily open your shop on mobile browser.Once your shop is open, you can also manage your shop on your mobile.
1*Go to your seller settings on Shyzarsueglobal.com. 2*Find payment options —“Payment Methods”, “Payout Settings”, or “Stripe Integration.” 3*Connect or authorize Stripe — you need to log in to Stripe (or create an account) from that setting. 4*Verify required details — provide the necessary info Stripe needs (bank account, identity verification). 5*Activate/enable Stripe payments so that when customers pay you, the money flows via Stripe to your account. 5*Check that payments are working — maybe do a test sale. To change the name of your shop please go to Shyzarsueglobal seller account settings >> edit your shop >>name and click >>save.
You can remove your entire shop including products by visiting >>Account Status and >>selecting Delete Your Shop. You will be asked to confirm your decision before the process is complete. Please email sales@shyzarsueglobal.com before removing your shop. You may not remove your shop if you have any open orders. Once you remove your shop your store will be removed from the website and will not appear in Shop listings, your subscription will be cancelled, your items will no longer be for sale on Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace.
You have the full ability to report every seller and store on the site. Use your power! Even if you’re just suspicious, it’s better to speak up and alert Shyzarsueglobal Team as we will investigate each and every claim carefully. If you hit the report button on the product page you can send us a message highlighting your concerns. Alternatively, mail us a link or a tip to nofakezone@shyzarsueglobal.com
All transactions on Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace are paid in different currencies. Stripe welcomes payments in all major currencies. Stripe use their own currency conversion rate, and depending on how you pay (a Stripe conversion fee may apply) . We recommend you check with Stripe.com if you have any queries before payment.
We do offer SHYZARWEEK discounts every Friday on items purchased via Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace, however Shops have the option to set up their promotion and discount on each product so it is a good idea to keep an eye out for these.
Log into your Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace account and click through to Account>settings>my details. There you can choose to 'edit' an existing address or select 'add an address'.
If you have bought an item from a seller on Marketplace and you believe it is a counterfeit, firstly contact the seller to request a refund. If you do not receive a response or your money back from the seller, alert our compliance team, including your order number, to enable them to look into this further. Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace operates a zero tolerance policy towards counterfeit goods and will work to ensure you are not left out of pocket. As with any transaction, please use Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace's Feedback system to review the seller's product and service for your transaction, but please don't leave feedback until the transaction is complete
To purchase your order click on the Add To Cart button on the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your basket. You can either view your shopping Cart or Buy Now. Items in My Shopping Cart are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'item is currently unavailable'.

Safe & Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment systems. Your financial details are never shared with sellers. Payments are only released to sellers once the order is confirmed as dispatched. 2. Order Guarantee: If your order does not arrive, you are fully protected. If your order arrives significantly different from the description (wrong item, damaged item, missing parts), you are eligible for a replacement or full refund. 3. Authenticity & Quality Assurance: All sellers on Shyzarsueglobal are verified independent brands. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. Counterfeit or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited. 4. Easy Returns & Refunds: Customers can request a return or refund if the item: Arrives damaged or defective Is not as described Is not delivered within the promised timeframe Refunds are issued promptly once the issue is verified. 5. Dispute Resolution Support: If you cannot resolve an issue directly with the seller, Shyzarsueglobal’s Customer Protection Team will step in to mediate. We ensure fair outcomes by reviewing communication, product descriptions, and order details. 6. Transparency & Tracking: Every shipment includes tracking details so you know exactly where your order is. Sellers are required to provide clear processing and shipping timelines. 7. Zero-Risk Shopping Promise If something goes wrong with your order, we’ve got you covered—whether it’s a refund, replacement, or assistance in resolving the issue. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit bank account. If you have confirmed that you have available funds, there may be an issue with: Your billing address - is it correct and complete? Your 3-digit CV2 number on the reverse of your card - is it correct? Your card's speed limit - have you made multiple purchases elsewhere within a short space of time?
Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace operates a zero tolerance policy towards the buying and selling of counterfeit goods. We just won’t stand for it, and you shouldn’t either. We have created the NO FAKE ZONE campaign to make sure that every Marketplace member knows as much as they can to identify, report and prevent the buying of counterfeit goods. If you are caught selling counterfeit goods on Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace you will never sell here again and we have a responsibility to report you to the authorities.
Raising a dispute should be the absolute last resort. You should always try to solve your problems by communicating directly with the store first. Disputes take some time and often require the buyer and seller to provide evidence of their role in the transaction and item delivery. You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped. Please note that if the item is made-to-measure you may only be able to cancel the order before it is shipped provided that the garment hasn’t been altered or made yet. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you must inform the Seller in writing:: • Within 28days of receiving the item. • You may use the withdrawl form to let the Seller know if you wish to cancel your contract within 14 days of purchasing under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You can find a model cancellation form in the terms and conditions applicable to Shyzarsueglobal Marketplace customers. The Seller will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card) Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will refund the return postage. If you cancel your contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 any standard shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund. Please note that the seller may refuse a refund if the garment as been made according to your precise measurements ie) made-to-measure. The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to the Seller undamaged. If you have any further questions on returns, refunds or cancellations please contact the Seller.
Once your item has been shipped a ‘Feedback required’ prompt will show up in the order main listing on the Marketplace area. Click through to leave either positive, neutral or negative feedback for the seller plus a comment. If you have a question for the seller please do not leave it in the feedback section, send them a message by clicking on the envelope icon on their store front or on any of their items for sale. If feedback left is unjust or left incorrectly we may remove it without further contact.
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving an order, provided the item is unworn and immediate packaging is received back in the same condition as it was sent. Go to > My Account > Orders > Purchases. In the ‘Actions’ drop down select ‘Request Refund’. Select a reason for the return from the drop down and add in a message to the seller. Once confirmation has been received from the seller, proceed with returning the item. Items must be returned to the seller you purchased the item from within 14 days of having your ‘request for refund’ approved by the seller. Do not send returns to Shyzarsueglobal or use DUE4DELIVERY.com's post. Marketplace cannot recover items incorrectly sent to wrong return address. The Seller will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card) If the seller has not updated the order status to Shipped then you may not have the request refund/exchange option available, in this situation, message the seller though the site to advise them of this. Please note that the seller may refuse a refund if the garment as been made according to your precise measurements ie) Made-to-measure or Handmade.
If a garment has been made and produced according to your exact measurements, the seller is under no obligation to accept a return, however we recommend that you message the seller to discuss your individual case as some may be happy to offer a refund.
Customers are entitled to return an item within 14 days if it is different to how it was advertised by the seller and is unworn. If an item becomes faulty after wear, the customer is entitled to query a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving an order. The customer must provide a detailed description of the fault together with photographic evidence and contact the seller immediately. Once the seller has reviewed this information and received the item back to their warehouse any decision to honour a refund is at their discretion and based on the evidence provided by the customer. To advise the seller of the faulty item go to >> My Account >> Orders >> Purchases. Select ‘Request Refund’. Select ‘faulty’ as the reason for the return and add in a message to the seller with more details on why the item is faulty.

For Sellers on Shyzarsueglobal: If you already sell on our marketplace, your brand is automatically considered for features on our socials, blogs, and newsletters. 3. Want to Join the Marketplace? You can apply to sell on Shyzarsueglobal anytime. Becoming part of our community connects you with other sellers and increases your chances of being highlighted through our ongoing features and collaborations. We recommend you contact the Shop directly by clicking >> on “Actions”>> then “Send >> Message” from the relevant order on your orders page. Be sure to get in touch with the seller at least once and ensure that you've allowed a reasonable amount of time for them to get back to you. If you are still waiting, then you can escalate the matter. If you have exhausted other methods of escalation, such as a Stripe dispute, but the issue remains unresolved, forward your purchase confirmation email to sales@shyzarsueglobal.com and we’ll take it from there.
Go to My Order >> Purchases. Here you can see the status of your orders and you may cancel any order before it has been shipped by the seller. You will only be able to Request a Refund for orders that have not yet been changed to shipped by the seller. When you cancel an order, you have to leave a message to let the seller know why. As good manners, we would recommend that the buyer notifies the seller of their cancellation as soon as possible.
