I messaged shyzarsue through the app Message option (which is so convenient) to see what the best option was to fix the issue. customer service quickly issued a partial refund after just explaining the problem. ( I sent a photo when explaining, although they didn’t ask for it.) Their customer service has GREATLY improved!
